Now I know I am a couple days late to post this, but it took me forever to figure out which SuperBowl Sunday I wanted to share.
I love football. My team sucks (49ers) so I enjoy watching other teams play. I get my love of football from my mom though. She is the reason I love the 49ers, also. So this blog post is going to be dedicated to my mom.

Every year since the 49ers went to the Superbowl in 2012, we have had a little family party with a lot of food.
My mom doesn’t love to cook like my dad, so she has my stepdad make all the hard food and she’s in charge of easy food.
I never had Rotel Dip before and she’s never made it before either, so it was something new for us to make.
How hard could it be? Melt cheese, cook hamburger meat (we hate sausage, so we also substitute it with hamburger) and add a can of Rotel.

Well, the Rotel cooking process was easy and it went smooth. Everyone loved it. We have been serving it since.
The reason I am writing about Rotel again is since it was Superbowl Sunday this last Sunday. I am away at college while my family was at home making all of these Superbowl snacks. I decided I would continue to make Rotel in my dorm with all of my friends.
[ I would insert a picture of all of us, but we never took one π¦ ]
https://dinnerthendessert.com/cheesy-beef-rotel-dip/ — here’s a recipe I followed when I was making it in my dorm.

So this is basically what the Rotel looked like and the ingredients used.
What is your favorite Superbowl Sunday food?
